We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel or modify your order. Please review our cancellation and modification policy below:

Product Order Cancellation:

  • You may cancel your order within 36 hours of placing it, provided the item(s) have not yet been shipped.

  • Orders that have already been shipped are not eligible for cancellation, and our standard return policy will apply.

Workshop/Class Cancellations:

  • If HueCoast cancels a workshop or class, you will receive a full refund.
  • We do not have an option to cancel your class registration, but we can accommodate you in our next workshop or you can transfer your registration to another participant.

Custom Orders (Made-to-order)

Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for cancellation or modification once the order has been placed.
