At HueCoast, we aim to provide a satisfactory experience for all our customers. However, we understand that sometimes circumstances may arise where a refund may be necessary. Please review our refund policy below:

Product Returns

  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.  For any kind of issue, please drop us an e-mail at shivani@huecoast.com.
  • The item(s) must be in the same condition as they were received, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. If the products are found to be used or damaged we will not be able to refund your money or help you with exchange.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item(s).
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Kindly allow 10 days from the delivery date for the returns to be processed and the amount to be shown in your bank account.
  • Feel free to get in touch with us if you have any doubts or want further assistance by emailing us at shivani@huecoast.com or sending us a message on WhatsApp at +91 9324568508. All your queries will be solved between Monday-Saturday, 10:30 am-5:00 pm. All pending queries will be solved the next day.
  • We request you keep your communication with us either on email for all your order-related queries.
  • If you purchase from a retail store or 3rd party website other than www.huecoast.com, the inquiry must be made directly through that retailer.

Workshop/Class Cancellations

  • If HueCoast cancels a workshop or class, you will receive a full refund.
  • We do not have an option to cancel your class registration, but we can accommodate you in our next workshop or you can transfer your registration to another participant.

Custom Orders (Made-to-order)

  • Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for returns or refunds unless there is a significant defect in the workmanship or materials.
  • If you are unsatisfied with a custom order, please contact us within [X] days of delivery to discuss a resolution.

Please Note

Every return/exchange adds a lot of waste to the process, we would highly encourage you to make the right choice in terms of size, pattern, etc. We are here to help you with any questions along the way.
